No, I am asking if you equate a right to life equally to a right to speech. I do. That means I support the unborns right to life AND the racists right to speech.

I do not support the right of a person to kill an unborn child. You do. That makes your position the inequitable one.

until the USSC decides that it was WRONG to find such a right, it is indeed a right. I may not like it, you certainly don't have to, but as long as it's a right......it's a right. that makes your position the inequitable one. not mine.

So the Court decided unborn babies don't have equal rights to life and voila you're OK with them being killed.

I'm not persuaded that a right to life should be so easilly dismissed. Too bad you value human rights so casually. I don't eqivocate over rights. SCOTUS got it wrong. Indeed, they used antiquated science and poor reasoning. Now a woman can legally kill another and people like you can pretend they are equitable about the law.l

? Genetic research can definitively conclude that a fetus may be born with Down syndrome and the woman can have an abortion. I'm not sure what point you're trying to make. Is there some law I'm unaware of that limits abortion because of birth or genetic defects?

What if the M A N coerced the woman into having an abortion or worse yet, caused one by treating her violently? What if the M A N decided he didn't want to be on the hook for 18 years of child support?
