good. but the point is one can make a LOT of money without going to university.Lots of low income folk in NM. Many kids starting university are first in their family.

and the way to do it is build your skilled labor supply, like Germany does where apprenticeships are widely available/ Government schools can direct one to a partnership with an employer, in lieu of trying to do it yourself
