Generally up to 25%. You can file a claim of exemption, provide a short unaudited financial statement under oath, and the court decide how much
per pay period. If no job, they can levy accounts, and the same motion process takes place. If you have royalties, an assignment order. If you own a home
and have equity above the homestead exemption or your state's exemptions, then they can sell it. If you are wearing two pairs of underwear, they can take the clean one.

In-state residents can go to college in NC for $500 per semester. Out-of-state, $2500.

That young and that foolish - it never fails to make me chuckle. But dont even think the old folks who knew how to live within their means are gonna pay it for you.

Hey maybe you could join the service and save all your money and stay in the service until you have paid it off...... That works just fine. Now I do have to admit us old pharts did it a little differently - we served first and saved a grundle of money then went to college and got out of college debt free.:)
