If they have a visa, we have a record. If we know who they are and where they are, that issue of visa overstays CAN be addressed. If you know the percentage, you can find where they are. Like I said, find a reason to address it rather than an excuse to ignore it. Traitor.

If 40% are visa overstays, that leaves 60% that came here in a manner other than prescribed by law. In the end, whether they came illegally are CHOSE to stay despite knowing the parameters of their visa, they're ILLEGAL. Failing to address that makes you a traitor to your country.
