I NEVER said she didn't have a right to belong in a bar or have few drinks with friends...and
it goes without my saying she should not be subject to being accosted by anyone, anywhere for any reason......
What I CLEARLY said is that it pays to be aware of your surroundings whereever you are....and drinking too much is putting yourself at risk in any bar.....to some macho drunk you look like easy prey, or so the asshole thinks.....this goes for men or women....
You stagger out a bar into a dark parking lot alone, you better pay attention to what and who is around you.
You get too frisky in crowded bar, some asshole just might take a poke at you for no good reason.....
I think that was what the judge was trying to say even if she did mangle the message pretty badly....
