We see that the majority of her body is through beyond the window and she hasn't been yet shot when the video cuts. Her entire torso is on the other side of the window. Her backpack appears to be almost through the window. Do you not know how the human body works? For you to remain upright your lower extremities have to stay under your torso. The window frame is hiding one elbow on an arm that does not appear extended. Her backpack appears to hit the window frame. Her backpack is on her back. It can't hit the window frame unless her body is through the frame.

Then look at her actions leading up to jumping up on the window. She is moving quickly toward and through the window.

This is not an instance of an unarmed victim. This is an instance of an unknown threat trying to enter an area where people under the protection of the police are located. Their job is to protect those people and they have little time to react. This is a far cry from protestors on the street.
