Anyway, if you watch the actual video she never crossed the plane of the window and had hopped up and looked through it.
Tell me where I am wrong at what minute mark:
She was not "peering through a window" you moron.
She has jumped up and is almost entirely through the window when she is shot.
The video clearly shows her moving to the window, jumping up into it. She is not "peering through the window" but go ahead and be an asshole. That suits you since you seem to be full of shit.

Other videos show her quickly moving past people trying to get them to exit to jump up into the window and start to go through it. There is no "peering". There is purposeful movement to pass through the window.
Its not about deserving it or not. Police are not supposed to shoot people because they deserve it. Police are not supposed to be deciding who deserves it.

She has clearly passed through the window when she is shot. Only an idiot can't see that in the multiple videos of the incident available. One's elbows cannot be blocked from view outside by the window frame if your arms are still on the outside.
Her head, torso and arms are all clearly through the window in this video after she moved rapidly to that position. This is clearly not someone idly peering through the window.

The point being is this is a video of a guy throwing an IED over a fence near a crowd, the IED was a v8 can with glass and nails as well as explosives in it, had that fence not been there, people might have died.

She was shot for trying to enter a protected area. The same thing that would happen if they had breached the White House or a military base. She was not protesting on a public street. She was not simply "looking through the window". She was not shot simply because she had a backpack. It was her action of going through the window that caused her to be shot. The officers didn't shoot anyone else looking through the window. They didn't shoot anyone else with a backpack.
