Given Hoeys lifestyle choices it is clear that he exposes himself quote often. He seems very obsessed with rape and pedophilia. Not sure what that is all about. Maybe there is something about the twisted brain of a faggot that makes him this way.

How about tobacco.....how about a law that prohibits the public viewing of tobacco products....just like the ban on advertisments on TV...
They woud have to be kept behind the counter, out of the view of the customers, no signs or ads or pictures.....totally

Honestly? Id be in favor of restricting where one can smoke (one thing NY got right) and with a little convincing limiting where they can be sold. Ads are fine, but I think that head shops, specific tobacco specialty shops, and places with some kind of license (analogous to alcohol; beer) should be its only sellers. A sin/luxury tax can only be raised so high, yea?

Business owners should be allowed to determine whether smokers can smoke or not, not the government.
 
I mean public land more than business. I,ve seen us sailors blatently smoke in front of a cop, and only in uniform.
 
And speeding is wrong, even if the law is only loosely enforced?

My point was simply I see few people in my city NYC experience. Except when you approach a nightclub, bar, restraunt, or similar venue. Sailors/fleet week being one of the few excrptions.
