If the gobblement can ban soda

Communities should have that right, not the federal/state government. The public lays claim over public areas, so they should be controlled by direct democracy.
 
Back to the OP should homosexuality be banned using the same grounds liberals want to control other aspects of our lives?

Queers are walking reservoirs of infectious diseases that they callously spread through the community with their deviant behavior. Not to mention the untold death toll of gerbils who through no fault of their own find themselves bound, gagged and crammed into the rectum of a deviant queer.

Taking care of a queer with AIDS can cost out healthcare system over $1 million when you consider meds, labs and other assorted healthcare costs. When you consider that AIDS is almost exclusively present in the queer community an is 100% preventable due to lifestyle choices we should really consider banning their behavior for the good of society.

Or at the very least we should consider having all queers register their bodies similar to gun registries and mandate yearly HIV testing. If a queer is positive that queer is quarantined for the good of society.

On the soda issue, I thought you Republicans belived in States Rights. Who is the Federal Government to tell cities what they can and cant do with regard to packaging of comsuer products?
