Comey is an insider, bureaucratic, hack. He's the very epitome of a do nothing, follow orders, lacky.
I do not think he is above the law, but he is also not to be singled out for stuff they would never try to prosecute anyone for. He is not below the law.
One can get an indictment very easily. Beyond a reasonable doubt, the very likely alternate alternative would be that Comey was saying prevent Trump from carrying out any of his initiatives.

This Comey case is absolute crap, and it will be quickly tossed. Blanche is the guy who went to her prison for 3 days, talking in private with Maxwell. He gave her everything he could to silence her.
