Sorry that you're unable to comprehend my post. Now, apparently, you're typing random incomplete thoughts. Brilliant as usual.
He is not the type to cower in a corner due to the Administrations threats, he is a patriot who is willing to stand up for Democracy.I think someone in the administration protests too much. Comey is better left--and possibly should be told--to simply stay buried in the woodwork so-to-speak. That is, Comey should be a shadow and stay out of the news. In return, this sort of stupidity from this administration would end. It's best for everyone. If Comey can't manage that for like the next 2.5 years, he's far stupider than I would think.
That is, Comey shouldn't have posted that picture, and the administration should have ignored it publicly.
Yes. Your post seems to imply that what he did doesn't rise the level of being indicted for making a threat to the President which it clearly did. Only the most obtuse of individuals would claim that they don't understand the meaning of the term "86"You think I implied that?
"86" (or "eighty-six") is a slang term primarily meaning to throw out, discard, refuse service, or remove an item, often used in restaurants, bars, and general conversation. It signifies that something is gone, unavailable, or a person is no longer welcome. It is often used as a verb ("86'd")Yes. I don't recall. Link?Remember the shit fit you leftists had over Sarah Palin and her bullseye ads? I do.
Whatever the law allows for making threats against the President of the United States of America. Clearly there was enough evidence to indict him. And an indictment is a serious thing as you lefties always told us with Trump. What would you think Justice would be in this case?
How many people have made worse comments here on JPP?
Like I said, you are being obtuse if you think that Comey was saying it in the context of a "grilled cheese sandwich" especially given his status as former FBI director. He thought he was being cute and got caught. You cannot prove that assassination was on his mind.Like I said, you are being obtuse if you think that Comey was saying it in the context of a "grilled cheese sandwich" especially given his status as former FBI director. He thought he was being cute and got caught. You think he is above the law.
Ok I looked it up. That was a long time ago. It proves nothing. How cute you say you don't recall. I am not going back to 15 years of posts to try to prove something everyone knows happened. You don't remember it all bubbled up from Gabby Giffords.
You need to look up the law. You don't need to prove that in order to be found guilty. You don't even have to make the attempt. The law is what the law is. And could a reasonable person agree that it was a threat? In fact given Comey's history in law enforcement dealing with these types of issues, I would think he should be held to a higher standard of judgement don't you? You don't think Comey is smart enough to think that it might be construed as a threat? Do you believe his story that he just "happened upon it while walking on the beach and thought it would be cool to post"?You cannot prove that assassination was on his mind.

I love how your side wraps yourselves in this banner of "standing up for democracy" while at the same time supporting some of the most anti democratic acts there are. The irony is stupendous. He is not the type to cower in a corner due to the Administrations threats, he is a patriot who is willing to stand up for Democracy.
You might cower, but not Comey.
Crosshairs and 86 are different, don't you think? You need to look up the law. You don't need to prove that in order to be found guilty. You don't even have to make the attempt. Clearly a grand jury said yes. When Trump was getting indicted by grand juries, to you guys they were infallible are you saying the aren't now?
Yes, it was a long time ago and what it proves is that you guys are hypocrites. Your side alleged that Sarah Palin's ads were threats and that they led to the assassination attempt on Gabby Giffords. Unless you want to employ cognitive dissonance then the same can apply here.
Unless you believe Comey is above the law?
