To start out, as of today they have worked out in every developed country on the planet. As for high taxes, they worked to some degree under FDR, Truman and Eisenhower. Fuck the wealthy. There are those out there (I won't say who) who thinks they all need to be guillotined. But FDR had an idea for a second economic Bill Of Rights. Too bad he died before he could implement it.
