Hunter's plea deal rejected

The question of the "constitutionality' was in reference to how the Prosecutors and Defense had agreed things would be addressed should Hunter fail in his plea conditions based on the, then charges, he would again be subject to.

Both teams lawyers thought they had a good way to decide that and that was to leave it to the judge. But the judge said ''due to separation of powers, i am not sure you can include me on any of the front end decision of what charges are applicable assuming he fails on his conditions. That might be unconstitutional (separation of powers, DOJ decided charges not judges) and thus the judge demanded to be briefed.

Both sides lawyers can simply get around the need to brief this by clarifying and changing how that condition.

What the judge was NOT SAYING was there was anything necessarily wrong with the core terms or conditions, in this instance.

Hunter withdrew from the agreement when he discovered it would not give him immunity from crimes not yet discovered........

Because Trump never committed treason.
Disagreed, but I doubt he'll ever be charged with treason. Sedition, maybe, but not treason.

FWIW, I think all traitors should be hung along with all those who support traitors.

Not yet, Biden is immune from prosecution at this time AND he did not refuse to turn over documents after being subpoenaed, he cooperated AND there is no evidence Biden removed documents from a SCIF. Correct me with evidence if I am wrong.

Have the Republicans in the House launched an Impeachment against him for it?? WHY NOT?

AND he does not have the PRA for any of the documents like Trump does. Shouldn't we have a Special prosecutor investigating Biden. The DOJ should not be investigating the head of the DOJ. If the DOJ attorney actually does their job the Republicans might actually launch an impeachment. But it appears the DOJ attorney investigating is playing on the same team as the person he is investigating much like the DOJ attorney that was investigating Hunter.

Why do the Republicans need the DOJ to launch an impeachment?

Or investigate first, which would be the proper thing to do.
