HUGE!! Trump to end birthright citizenship!!!

Anyone who is subject to us laws is under us jurisdiction.

Foreign nationals are subject to the jurisdiction of their home nation. They are also subject to the laws of the United States and whatever State they are in.
You still don't get that there is a political jurisdiction (what the 14th is talking about) and legal jurisdiction (local law).

There's actually the possibility of nations that don't provide blood citizenship. If they have a child here, and we had no birthright citizenship, that child would be stateless. But it makes no sense to say that someone who is stateless is subject to the jurisdiction of another country.

No, that child is a foreign national. It is under the same jurisdiction as the mother.

Don doesn't know the law. What he know is that the constitution doesn't mean dick, really, and that the law is irrelevant in america. Concentrated wealth and power will do what ever it is allowed and the american public has become utterly colonized and subjugated by the ruling aristocracy.

The law is relevant in America (capitalized. it's a proper noun). Trump has not violated any provision of the Constitution.

This forum is seriously compromised and diminished by the horrific bad judgement of its moderators.

Are there any good political forums out there?
I know mostly about golf forums.

Can't take open discourse, eh? Guess what? That includes all the insults, all the rudeness, all the slime that goes with it.

Did somebody give me a warning?

I was going to put him on my ignore list because he stopped presenting any arguments. He instead requested I put him there. If you continue to present new arguments or counter-arguments, there is no reason for me to ignore you.

Oh think.... Foreign Nationals are NOT born on US soil, but if they are in the US they are under US jurisdiction.

They are under U.S. law, and the laws of the State they happen to be in at the time. That is legal jurisdiction. They are foreign nationals that can only be deported to their nation of citizenship. That is political jurisdiction. Nothing about the 14th amendment grants citizenship to foreign nationals or their children.

You're desperate lies are no more than just desperate lies

Lee, Margaret. "Birthright Citizenship Under the 14th Amendment of Persons Born in the United States to Alien Parents", Congressional Research Service (August 12, 2010): "Over the last decade or so, concern about illegal immigration has sporadically led to a re-examination of a long-established tenet of U.S. citizenship, codified in the Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and §301(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) (8 U.S.C. §1401(a)), that a person who is born in the United States, subject to its jurisdiction, is a citizen of the United States regardless of the race, ethnicity, or alienage of the parents

He wouldn't have to just change the 14th but also current federal naturalization laws which give citizenship to those born in the U. S.

How many times must the board explain this? The 14A does NOT mandate birthright citizenship. Kids born to an illegal mother are not subject to the POLITICAL jurisdiction of america. THINK, white-hating racist.

Enjoy your life in Canada. They have no constitution. They are an oligarchy.

The Constitution of Canada is the supreme law in Canada; the country's constitution is an amalgamation of codified acts and uncodified traditions and conventions.Canada is one of the oldest constitutional democracies in the world.

Another legal problem with birthright citizenship is it encourages illegals to come here and that encouragement is a federal felony as per section 1324 of title 8 of the US code.

"Uncodified traditions"??? That's BS. A constitution must be written out.
