My wife and I smoke but we don't smoke in the house.

And we own the place and can smoke in the house if we want to.

look....I smoked for forty years before I quit......I learned something after I quit.......I can walk down the street and know.....okay, that person smokes, that person doesn't......you can walk into an apartment and you know immediately whether someone smokes outside or whether they smoke in the apartment......the only reason you can't tell is that you smoke......

and I don't recall anyone saying you couldn't smoke in your house if you wanted to........

If a person living there is arrested for possession they can be evicted and anyone visiting, who is arrested on drug charges, can be issued a "NO TRESPASSING" order.
