That is exactly what "project housing" is and it's separate from Section 8 housing, which has it's own set of problems.

right. you were correct the first time. I have worked on both of them and it is a miserable existence, IMO. there will be hell to pay for the experimenters who use human souls as their lab rats and political pawns.
