How was the 4th Violated?

Do you know the passport was store in the basement or were they stored in Trump's safe. No you do not. People typically store their passports in their safes. Do you know the passports weren't stored in his safe? No you do not. Why did they return the passports at all? Answer because taking them was illegal in the first place. Why are Democrats so stupid?

Are you retarded? Prove that it's illegal. I'll wait.

Why were all those boxes of government records being kept at MAL? Surely you have an answer, or have I stumped you.........
Because they were Trump's personal mementos not nuclear codes  They took Trump's birthday party menu and napkin ring for goodness sake. I'm sure the government couldn't live without those.

Again trump refuses to challenge search warrant in court, and he refuses to make video tape public. Innocent people do not just stand by and do nothing.

You're starting to sound hysterical. Either way (in the basement or not in the basement) what federal statute do you believe was violated under the circumstances by the two day confiscation of the passports? And I'll repeat the other question. If temporarily taking the passports upsets you why aren't you concerned about the sensitive documents Trump took that weren't his, and kept for a year and a half.

Regarding the first question, I believe if you bother to look you'll find that the law only requires timely return of items not subject to a warrant being inadvertently taken.

I get it, they were all planted by the FBI, yet Trump refuses to challenge in court. Trump refuses to make video public.
Tell me again why Trump should challenge in court when the media is already doing that? Why pay the lawyers for that? Why not challenge the warrant on the 4th amendment? Wouldn't that be a better use of attorney fees? Eric Trump says the video will be released at the right time. I suspect it will be released at the 4th amendment hearing and nearer the midterms when it will make the larger impact.

There is no way this video will ever be released by Trump. Once Americans see for themselves, boxes upon boxes of documents being removed, its gonna look real bad.

Once a trump says something will be released at the proper time, you can guarantee that it never will be.

Why aren't trumps lawyers doing a 4th amendment challenge? Probably because they have no case, and aren't very good lawyers in the first place.

The 4th amendment against unreasonable searches and SEIZURE. The archive and Trump were in communication and negotiation over which documents needed to be returned and which did not. They had checked the documents in June but did not take them at that time. Trump fully cooperated and even placed an additional lock on them at their request. This is a manufactured crisis. The documents in question were in Trump's basement not in his safe. The warrant did not allow the agents to look inside of the safe nor in Melania's panty drawer or wherever they looked in her closet.. AGAIN you don't know where the passports were stored but we do know they were illegal to be taken because they would not have been returned if they were legally taken.(unreasonable seizure)

And you don't know that.
