How was the 4th Violated?

They should have kept the passports and made trump ask them several times to return them - see how that orange moron likes it!

....or mail them back to the wrong address. LOL

Back in the day, if an aircrew member, usually an asshole captain, was a super douche, it wasn't unusual for someone to slap a bag tag to an exotic destination on their overnight bag and let the system do the rest.

They were a violation only if they had not been promptly returned. Otherwise they were part of a reasonable seizure of 20 boxes of documents. Trump assumed the risk of a temporary taking of the passports by storing them in the basement with documents subject to the seizure. But if you have any law that a violation did occur let’s see it. I think you’ll find there is none.
Wrong! They were in violation and that is WHY they had to be returned. The warrant also needed to specifically list the contents of the safe for them to open his safe. It did not.

Following the Constitution was their problem.
They should have given Mar-A-Lago the Janet Reno Wako treatment.
I'm completely serious. That would have solved a lot.

Well if that had happened, at least 74 million people would disappear overnight.

It was signed off by a Federal judge who determined there was probable cause and that a crime had been committed.

You're just pissed because your criminal king got caught. You don't give a shit about our nation's security, bitch.
Yeah he was busy selling nuclear codes to China !!!

Surprise surprised they found a ringer Federal magistrate that was a democrat donor that signed an overly broad probably illegal warrant.

"Release the warrant!"
"Okay."
"Arrgh it's vague!!! Release the affidavits!!"
"Okay."
"Arrrgh it's redacted! Release the names!!!"
"Um no."
"SEEEEEE????? They're hiding something!!! It's a unlawful and unreasonable search!"

How reasonable is specifying that anything from the day Trump took office until the day he left, along with anything nearby--regardless of what it is--can be seized as part of a search that covers a large estate and resort allowing agents to go virtually anywhere on it looking for stuff to take?

How does that particularly describe the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized?
it's an unConstitutional general warrant. there are barely limits muchless "particularity"

Have the Trump attorneys gone to court to fight this- NO
Has Donald attempted to release video footage- NO

He is well aware of just how bad this is for him.

Hilarious how those people here think they know more than the FBI and Merrick Garland. :rofl2:

Those are Internet armchair lawyers and law experts.

It's not like the FBI has never stepped on peoples rights before. If people didn't question them that would only encourage them to be our overlords not our public servants. .

Why pay attorneys to do a job that the media is already doing. It will be released closer to the election when it will make a bigger impact.

Lets chalk that one up to another pathetic excuse. Its more than obvious that trump attorneys have no legal basis to challenge this search.

Your example of: When you don't know the law it works just as well to make it up.

Aside from that, why would a two day interruption in the basement storage of a passport concern you more than taking and keeping for a year and a half sensitive government documents?

i heard nothing was classified and affidavit is nothingburger.
here's more egg on you face, deep state!

It's not like a dentist never molested a kid, but does that make all dentists pedophiles? No, it does not.

It's not like an anesthesiologist never molested a kid, but does that make all anesthesiologists pedos? No, it does not.

All patients should ask their doctors "Are you a pedophile?" just to be sure.

A Chelsea dentist who admitted to peddling child pornography and exchanging root canals for meth was sentenced to 10 years behind bars in Brooklyn federal court Tuesday.

An anesthesiologist who is currently serving a 35-year prison term for producing and possessing child pornography is suing a Georgia surgery center for $15.6 million for allegedly terminating his anesthesia services contract without sufficient notice after he was arrested on charges of participating in sex tourism with minors.

The MAGA hatred of the FBI is directly related to their treason and desire to overthrow the US government and install Trump as Pedophile-in-Chief.

Do you know the passport was store in the basement or were they stored in Trump's safe. No you do not. People typically store their passports in their safes. Do you know the passports weren't stored in his safe? No you do not. Why did they return the passports at all? Answer because taking them was illegal in the first place. Why are Democrats so stupid?
