I have read a great many posts by the individual you refer to as "legion", I rate him as highly intellegent. Someone posting something you disagree with does not make them stupid, a lesson yurt would do well to learn.

the bolded part is your explanation of why you vehemently deny the existence of 100% proof. mind you, there is nothing wrong with feeling that way, it's just not logical though. There are some people who are so evil that they do not deserve life, even in a cell.

By Dunes logic I can see that he must not really be sure the earth is round or that water is really H2O.....or that the planet Pluto positively exists....
After all, humans are prone to mistakes and we certainly can't believe our own eyes, thats for sure....Dunes life could be one giant hallucination....

he is not smart enough to think his logic all the way through. it is why he continues to run away from the question about hinkley. he always runs away from the tough questions.

My problem with the death penalty is far simpler than you want to make it out to be. I have no problem with vengence, only with innocent people being put to death. Give the inmates credit for what they are good at, punishing the deserving.

In most cases of violence in prison, it is not about punishing the deserving, but rather the strong hurting the weak.
