It only takes one juror to not care if Trump is guilty or not,
refuse to vote for conviction,
and thereby cause a mistrial.

I've studied them all.
Six revolve around keeping documents, they are all essentially the same, once one is dismissed they all will be.
The other 31 are under the Espionage Act which doesn't apply here so those will be dismissed also.
It's nothing but a show trial.
The only law Trump broke was actually taking the documents in the first place but if they charge him with that they also have to charge Biden and they won't do that.
This is why he is not charged with that even though it's the only actual crime he committed.
You should inform all those top-flight prosecutors that you have it all figured out. They need a laugh.

That's true. It's also very possible that the prosecution will fuck up their case and lose on a technicality, or simply not have a solid case to present. Of late, the Rittenhouse case comes to mind. The prosecutors thoroughly fucked that one up on their own. Sure, they were state level, but the feds have no lock on competence. A defense with highly skilled and experienced trial attorneys versus a prosecutor with limited trial experience who is used to winning on plea deals can easily end in the prosecutor(s) losing.

The law only says you can't take them.
And the espionage act only applies if you show them to foreign entities with the intent to cause harm to the US, it says nothing about showing them to friends.
