Correct....there was no evidence found to verify that....except the sworn testimony of 3 people that were there and that survived the attack and swore they did get the order to stand down.

Who had the biggest reason to lie...them or those that gave such an order.....think.

Except that the sworn testimony of 3 people would indeed be considered "evidence", and you yourself admit there was "no evidence"
