How did I lose the debate on Tariffs? Tariff's aren't about Government intervention; they are about FAIR trade.

I understand. Just saying he did what was assigned to him. Remember, he told the world that just simply the opening up of the case did not show bias.
Keep in mind that to merely open a case only requires wafer-thin cause. Everything else he handed off to Barr & Durham.....THEY are the ones who
will pursue bias with tons more evidence.
