Sure they do, but speaking for myself, I'd never throw entire groups of people under the bus to save a few bucks in taxes. Especially since I have knowledge enough of history, not to mention enough common sense, to spot Hitler-esque scapegoating from a country mile. I don't ignore empirical facts and I don't believe in false narratives when they are easily debunked -- such as Syrian refugees being a threat, or that Mexican immigrants are overwelmingly rapists and murderers.
