But, if she tells nobody then there is nothing to believe is there? In order for a victim to be believed, first that victim has to make an allegation. Before you can believe someone, someone has to tell you something. Are you saying you can believe someone was a victim of sexual assault in the absence of hearing, seeing or reading something about it?
