This is a falsehood. The Mueller report clearly stated that they were unable to establish a conspiracy. But hey, some people believe in any conspiracy however invalid.

I did. Mueller clearly indicated that he was unable to establish a conspiracy between the Russian Government and the Trump Campaign. While he did suggest that Trump might gain from what the Russians were doing, there was no link for him to find...
But hey, while 200 pages described things that Russians did and how somebody might gain from it, the reality was there was no evidence of that element that would prove a conspiracy.
Surely you won't suggest we should pretend that somebody is guilty once the investigation shows that there is nothing they can take to court...

I'm good with that, so long as you realize that the absurd impeachment is as far as that will go. In order to convict somebody in a real court of law you need actual evidence, which Mueller informed us didn't exist after an extremely thorough investigation. Wishful speculation notwithstanding.

All that needs to happen is to have Pennsylvania votes thrown out. PA law is crystal clear. US Constitution is crystal clear. PA Governor and Supreme Court violated both. That is crystal clear. No sane, sentient person can argue that they didn't. If the law is applied all of the votes counted for Buyden after November 3rd should be disqualified. Giving Pennsylvania to Trump. Then it is a matter of winning some recounts in a couple of states which isn't beyond the realm of possibility.
One possible outcome is for the totality of irregularities are so great that the courts say they can't decide who won and it gets kicked over to the house like has been done before and as provided by the US Constitution. This scares the living shit out of the marxists because there would be nothing they could do to stop it.

It establishes that there is no evidence of it so pretending that there is some valid evidence is still a lie so therefore me calling it a lie is accurate. Disingenuous is pretending that a report that did not establish conspiracy "did" and telling me to "read it" when clearly I have then when shown that I'm correct you then spout "disingenuous" and think you've made a point.
Deliberately disingenuous is pretending that something exists that you know does not because if you have read the report you know that I am correct and that I stated it accurately.

In PA, they collected the votes that came in before Election Day and held them. On Election Day they counted the in person votes, then started on those that arrived earlier. In the days after Election Day about 4700 mail in votes arrived, mostly military votes, they segregated them and counted. Not enough to touch Biden’s almost 50,000 advantage!
Mueller actually listed the acts of obstruction Trump did. When he had his presser, he implied it was the function of congress to nail him. It did not fall under his powers as he saw them.

Right, because they are not criminal. Basically what Mueller was saying... "Impeach him if you want, I can't do anything because there isn't enough evidence"...
And "obstruction" does not equal "conspiracy".
The very real thing that we found out from that report was the Mueller really wanted to find something, but simply had to admit to us that there was not evidence that could convict. There's way less here than there was in Biden's son's laptop...
