He doesn't have construction crew. That's all subcontracted to people he has no intention of paying. The only staff he has now are hotel workers. Not sure if he lost all of his Atlantic City casinos by '01?

Bitch, I lived in NYC during 9/11. I wasn't at Ground Zero after it happened because they literally told people not to go down there because it would interfere with the recovery and the air was still toxic.
