You've listed "two". Your first one about a coward is not a fact, your opinions are not fact. Already admitted a gun. That is one. Oh, so he "claimed" to be neighborhood watch and that makes him similar to Zimmerman who was an actual neighborhood watch person? FACT: he was not and Zimmerman was, so that is actually a difference, not a similarity. As to Zimmerman's waistband statement vs this guy actually claiming to see or hear gun fire, not the same.

So, the truth is, you are left with only one similarity.

DIFFERENCES:
1. Race of shooter
2. Fight
3. Feared for his life while getting his head slammed into the ground
4. Claimed Martin was grabbing for his gun and thus he fired while wrestling for the gun
5. The guy here fired from the SAFETY of his garage through a window
6. Said shot was a WARNING shot.

The differences are so vast that the cases won't even be tried under the same legal theories. You are wrong and clearly will just double down like you always do.

1...The shooter WAS a coward. He was so terrified of confronting the "thugs" outside, he fired from the comfort and safety of INSIDE his garage...ANOTHER similarity.

2...The shooter claimed he was part of a neighborhood watch, as did Zimmerman...ANOTHER similarity.

3...The shooter claimed he saw a gun...Zimmerman claimed he saw Martin "reaching for something" in his waistband. I wonder what Zimmerman thought Martin was "reaching" for?..ANOTHER similarity.

1. That is not a similarity, that is YOUR OPINION. And, you actually admit the ACTUAL SHOOTING WAS VERY DIFFERENT. One shot from a hidden safe position and the other was on the ground in a fight. THIS IS A DIFFERENCE.

2. Zimmerman WAS IN FACT NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH, that means there is a DIFFERENCE, because this guy was not.

3. Zimmerman did not claim he saw a gun. THIS IS A DIFFERENCE.

2...BOTH shooters claimed they were in Neighborhood Watch...SIMILARITY.

3...BOTH shooters reacted to "guns" that weren't there...SIMILARITY!!

You keep harping on "differences" because you think they matter.

As I pointed out PAGES ago, I never once said the two situations were similar in EVERY DETAIL, but you keep trying to claim otherwise.

Yes there were differences, I never claimed otherwise, but there were NUMEROUS similarities between the two situations.

You go right on making a fool out of yourself...your infantile refusal to admit the truth sure makes for an enjoyable afternoon!

Two people were shot. Yes, your honor, these cases are similar. What is that you say, the first case was a round to the back of the head like an assassination and the second was accidentally discharged while cleaning the gun. Yes, the charges will be similar for the two.

Judge - you're fired, the cases don't even rest on the same legal principles.

NOW you've got to MAKE UP NONSENSE that has no relevance to either case.

Since NEITHER Martin nor the other dead man was shot "execution style" or "accidentally", you have NO point and you're merely flailing about...scrambling to avoid further embarrassment.
