Where did you answer any of my questions? Your first sentence is asking a question, then your second is answering YOUR question, the third is "however" (not an answer, then the last sentence is simply claiming I am wrong.
So tell me, which sentence actually answered my questions (because you now claim you answered two)?
According to Zappa, because both claimed to be neighborhood watch, both shot an unarmed black man, that the incidents are the same. Zimmerman never said "locked and loaded" but Zappa tried to claim he did in post 3.
Zimmerman and Martin engaged in a physical fight, thus the jury believed that Zimmerman was defending his life after getting his head slammed into the concrete and he claimed he and Martin fought over the gun. Here, the coward fired a warning shot while hiding in his garage. He was not defending his life, was not getting his head slammed into the ground and cannot claim that the victim tried to grab his gun to kill him.
The reality is, the two cases are nothing a like. The won't even be tried the same and SYG won't even work here. But yeah, "here we go again".

A quick perusal of this thread will show I have never once claimed the two cases were "THE SAME".

Stranger in a neighborhood shot by a coward with a gun who claims to be a part of some neighborhood watch.
Zimmerman made comments to the 9-1-1 operator indicating Martin had a gun, AS DID COPLEY.
