lol. We'll make this a bit fun, as the Depp trial was often funny. But it was a lesson in hearsay that even a layman can understand. Each objection for hearsay was upheld, the testimony was not allowed. And in this case the hearsay was firsthand hearsay, not secondhand like the evidence you keep insisting would be allowed in court. While it is evidence, it is sketchy evidence and inadmissible in court.

Watch this video, in this lawsuit, and tell me how often things were stricken and how many objections were for hearsay. If you are honest with yourself, you will stop insisting that hearsay is admissible regularly in trials. Or, you can just keep repeating incorrect information, at this point I do not believe anyone is taking you seriously any longer. I even posted the rules from an actual prosecutor, the link I gave also talked about the legality of certain exceptions and how they applied, but you just skip past that and continue with your repetition fallacy.

What I have said here is, I'd like to see that happen when someone said, "If Ilhan Omar led prayers like this the rightwing would object." I said: Let's test this out, instead of your speculation let's see if we can get her to go and pray in support of our troops and their safety and then we can see who objects.

In many states, if not all of them by now, two-thirds of the people on Medicaid are nursing home residents. Their families have had to liquidate every asset they had accrued over their lifetimes, and spend it on the SNF until it was gone. Only then would Medicaid kick in.
