Health Insurance Plans to Rise More than 80%.... Democrats SHOCKED!

They are to be demonized. The medical industry sucks the wealth out of the nation by using fee for service instead of fee for outcome....

The pharmaceutical and Med/Tech industries suck the wealth out of the country by using our tax dollars to help with R&D(not to mention all those donations that things like pretty pink ribbons brings in) and they in turn, gouge the consumer with hyper inflated prices while the rest of the world gets them at a minimal markup.

That's not free market capitalism.... that's corporate vampirism. Socialize the costs....privatize the profits

As far as the rest of your post? Pure right wing hackery.

With all due respect brother .. then surely you recognize that you CANNOT expect the same entity that you've correctly identified as sucking Americans dry with corporate vampirism to write legislation in the best interests of the American people in mind .. legislation that reigns in the vampires. It would be insane to expect that ,,, but that's exactly what Obamacare is. The vampires wrote it. It's not in the best interest of the American people, but the health insurance and pharmaceutical vampires instead.

Democrats demonstrated no courage in allowing Obama to pass off this disaster in the making as healthcare 'reform.' Even to this day they refuse to stand up to Obama's blatant corporatism.

What reform? It doesn't control costs and it invited 33 million people into an already broken system without addressing why the system is broken.

Doctors are leaving family practice in droves .. and Obama's reduction of Medicare payments to barely covering costs is going to reduce the pool even further.

Democrats said nothing while Obama went into the backroom and dropped his pants for Big Pharma .. against everything he had said in the campaign about how he was going to conduct negotiations.

Obamacare is a corporate-spun disaster that led to one of the greatest takeovers of the House in history in 2010 .. and in 2014 it will help give republicans the Senate as well.

Obamacare and OBAMA'S DESIRE to cut Social Security and Medicare are a disaster that democrats are so well-deserving of.

No courage.

What? You posted his photo as your sig?

That's fucked up. No wonder you act like a douche....you are.

That's the way the troll works. He'll stalk you all over the web, then posts personal information from your Facebook page. He's been banned for short periods of time for it and permanently banned on three other forum for the same thing.

Next time it should hopefully be a permanent ban.

Dixie doesn't take being proven wrong very well. It happens all the time.

It's just astounding that he continues to outright ignore the portions of your post that highlight the partisan nature of these so-called "non-partisan" actuaries, to instead focus on the one single line from his OP that he feels will discredit Obama.

The greatest health care system in the world, where kings and rulers come when they need surgery or specialized care. Greatest health care system in the world, which has pioneered more medical life-saving procedures than all other nations combined. Greatest health care system in the world, where the world's greatest and best doctors come to practice medicine.

I dispute your statistic about clinics, this is more "statistical gymnastics" from well-armed liberal socialists. I've been to health care clinics in various places, and I've never known of them to "turn away" anyone. In fact, I don't think they are allowed by law to refuse treatment. So, no... YOU are still full of shit.

Ah yes, the "clueless rube" character appears once again.

Dixie tries to pretend he's never heard of a health care provider refusing to treat a patient until paid...which is outright blind stupidity...it happens every day in every city across this "great" nation?

Does Dixie believe if he had Stage 3 Pancreatic cancer, no money to pay and attempted to be admitted to one of the hospitals that treat these KINGS and RULERS, that they'd welcome him with open arms and just forget about his lack of money?

ROTFLMAO!

Sorry, but they certainly are not paid for outcome. A fireman makes exactly the same amount whether he puts the fire out and saves lives or not. YOU are CLEARLY the LUNATIC here.

And how many fires do you witness the firemen giving up, packing up their hoses and equipment and just going home while the fire still burns?

No...firemen ARE paid for outcome.

Once again, you have no clue as to what you're talking about.

They get paid BY THE HOUR WORKED, not performance.

At least you're consistant in your stupidity. :)

And when was the last time you watched firemen packing up and leaving the scene while the fire they came to extinguish was still burning?

Your stupidity and pig-headed refusal to admit when you are wrong are simply astounding to watch.

Max Baucus: Obamacare Is Headed For 'Huge Train Wreck' -- HE HELPED DESIGN IT

WASHINGTON -- A senior Democratic senator who helped write President Barack Obama's health care law stunned administration officials Wednesday, saying openly he thinks it's headed for a "train wreck."

"I just see a huge train wreck coming down," Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont., told Obama's health care chief during a routine budget hearing that suddenly turned tense.

Baucus is the first top Democrat to publicly voice fears about the rollout of the new health care law, designed to bring coverage to some 30 million uninsured Americans through a mix of government programs and tax credits for private insurance that start next year.

The six-term Democrat is also expected to face a tough re-election in 2014. Baucus is still trying to recover from approval ratings that nosedived amid displeasure with the health care law in his home state.

What a clusterfuck.

It's all part of the plan.

Make it clear we can no longer trust the insurance companies and make the poor suffer enough they will gladly support a single payer system.

Pompeo to Obamacare author: Attacking law’s implementation won’t save you in 2014

Sen. Max Baucus, D-Mont., described Obamacare’s implementation as a “huge train wreck” yesterday, but a Republican lawmaker suggested today that such criticism of the law won’t help him avoid a voter backlash next year.

“I was shocked because you wrote this bill,” Rep. Mike Pompeo, R-Kan., wrote to Baucus today about his comments. “You drafted it, you twisted arms to get it passed, and, until now, you have lauded it as a model for all the world. Your attempts to pass the buck to President Obama’s team will not work, nor will they absolve you of responsibility for the harm that you have brought via this law.”

Baucus scolded Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius yesterday for her implementation of Obamacare regulations that pertain to small businesses.

“I just see a huge train wreck coming down,” Baucus said during a committee hearing. “You and I have discussed this many times and I don’t see any results yet.”

The Washington Examiner’s Philip Klein attributes the criticism to the fact that Baucus has a reelection campaign next year in a state that Mitt Romney won handily.

“Though the race is still considered to lean in his direction, if the implementation of Obamacare goes as disastrously as many expect, it could put him at risk,” Phil wrote yesterday. “Because his fingerprints are all over the law, Baucus cannot really run away from it. So what’s happening now is that Baucus is laying the groundwork to blame any failures on implementation, rather than design.”

CYA, I love it, it has become the norm in politics.

The Affordable Healthcare Act has a few tweaks, but overhaul of our medical system is vital or it will break us. I feel it still heavily favors some medical industries.

Medicare-for-All was always the easy answer.

Infrastructure already in place.

Medicare is one of the most popular programs in American history.

Easy .. but it wasn't what Obama wanted.

I agree. The costs that insurance companies needlessly inject into the system is untenable.
