Health Care Is Not A Right!

Could that be because Republican attempts to keep them from voting were eradicated by the VRA?

why would blacks want to vote for republicans, who in the decades since are intent on negating the VRA in any way possible?

Since blacks continue to vote for Democrats despite the horrendous results, it tells me they like being the worst in many, many categories. I guess if you have affirmative action to offset your unwilling to succeed, why try harder. They were born with what they need to get what the rest of us have to earn.

You bring up raw numbers. It was about percentages. 2 million out of 3 million is 67%. 4 million out of 6 million is also 67%. It's not about the actual number but how that number represents the portion of that group that voted a certain way. I wouldn't expect someone that believes having an average 85 IQ within a group, the highest incarceration rate of any group, a 75% bastard birth rate is good, and an unemployment rate twice that of other groups to understand math.

If the government is going to take care of my health needs, then the government should take care of my health needs. Demonstrating the absurdity of you socialists by being absurd is the best way to demonstrate how stupid your ideas are and how totalitarian they become when applied.

And when I point to historical FACTS that destroy your silly neocon/teabagger/oather, etc., wet dream regarding this country's labor and benefits history, you try to divert by babbling.

To date, none of you right wing wonks can explain how the ACA ruined everything when the VERY INSURANCE COMPANIES THAT WERE SCREWING YOU PREVIOUSLY ARE STILL IN OPERATION AND MAKING A PRETTY PENNY TOO BOOT!

Philly rabbit....FACTS are for ADULTS.

That is incorrect

Healthcare is a right in the sense that I cannot act in a way to make you unhealthy

However in the context in which the left talks about it being a positive right where you place an obligation on another so that you can acquire medical care is a perversion of the definition of rights.

Would you rob your neighbor to use the money to pay for someone elses medical care? Of course not. But you have no hesitation to demand the use of government force to do the same.

You confuse compassion with justice. Your need for healthcare should not restrict the freedoms of others.

Hiding behind the sick and infirm does not negate this salient fact.

If an individual does not wish to support your medical care they should be free to do so.

One thing Obama got right was when he said the Constitution was a charter of NEGATIVE rights. Not positive ones. That in and of itself negates this notion of healthcare being a right guaranteed under our US Constitution.

Then there's that nagging little phrase "general welfare" that dolts like you love to ignore.

lets say this together, shall we? CRONY CAPITALISM!!!!!!

Which the free market in it's present form does not negate, nullify or prevent. In fact, WITHOUT FEDERAL OR STATE GOVERNMENT OVERSIGHT, it facilitates.

yes, and you idiot liberals and retarded conservatives CONTINUE to elect these useless and corrupt representatives to keep the system moving, all while swallowing their lies like the most favoritist koolaid flavor in the world.

as Rune stated in another post, learn the concept of 'in the context of', in other words, what did the framers of the USC/BoR explain to the people that voted for ratification define 'well regulated' as?

Rune is your authority figure? You're fucked.

It's called history dipshit.

Oathers/threepers/neocons/teapartiers, etc., all spew forth the same rhetoric which tries to mask their neo-fascist of monarchial of theocratic or corporatists leanings. Proggy says wut?

Read the part about "general welfare" and all, genius?

I have. Not one word about healthcare. I've also read read where YOU ASSume it means that those without it should have it even if someone else is forced to fund it for those fucking freeloaders.

That phrase you bleeding hearts on the left constantly misused in order to have the government do more and more for pieces of shit unwilling to do for themselves.

The phrase "general welfare" does NOT mean that because you don't have something, won't provide it to yourself, but want it that it's the government's responsibility to do for your sorry ass what you refuse to do for yourself.

He doesn't care....bigots/racists are willfully ignorant and then insipidly stubborn. Fox News, Storm Watch and the like tell them what they want to hear.....research and validation be damned. This is why I have the dummy on IA.

You have me on IA because YOU are a pussy. Step up big man if you can defend your words. Since you can't, keep hiding, cunt.

What you are, coward, is just another bleeding heart Liberal that claims he cares for people yet the only way you show it is to see how much the government can force others to fund what you support.

If you voted for Bernie, you're nothing more than a socialist piece of shit.

Whose sock are you, asshole?

Wait... what? I don't know you from anything and the first thing you call me is an asshole? Because.... not sure but... I thank you. At least I know what kind of low life piece of shit you are regardless of political leanings.
So thank you for presenting yourself.
Crowonapost is my most fundamental name that's been around for many years. These political forums are already anonymous, no reason to hide other than in plain sight.
I can clearly see by your asking such a shit hole question that you're clearly a spineless inter-web warrior that lacks complete common decency & would cower in a corner smirking while both judging others superficially & being too
much of a coward to say a damn thing.

How pathetic.

OP is correct. Healthcare is not a right guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution.

The general welfare clause in the preamble is not a mandate.

It was started by a President that said "I'll have those niggers voting Democratic for the next 200 years" and damn if they haven't done it.

The blame belongs to the group that took what a Democrat offered them and lowered themselves in every category. Even with affirmative action they can't do any better.

And then in reaction to LBJ, Nixon codified a system that insured minorities would stay down by harsh drug sentences & divided families. The war on Drugs is always disproportionate to minorities. I've seen it first hand throughout the years.
Sorry you don't like factually reality.
