"Paraphrasing" isn't quoting me, thoughI’m paraphrasing. I’m not surprised you are trying to backtrack. That’s what passive aggressive people do.

Their opinion is no more relevant than anyone else in that courtroom (other than the judge and the 12 jurors, and they haven't spoken publicly). That's what. It's what I said to begin with. DUH!!
"Paraphrasing" isn't quoting me, thoughJust reply to my quotes that concern you....
I didn't say you did....I'm not changing the subject.....Thanks but I don’t need your fucking approval. Why are you changing the subject?
after so much pressure was placed upon the jury to return the expected result
Exactly how was pressure placed on them when the judge forbade them from watching the news or talking about the case with anyone?
I didn't say you did....I'm not changing the subject.....
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — An alternate juror at the trial of Derek Chauvin said she agreed with the jury’s decision to convict him in George Floyd’s death, saying she saw Chauvin as the leader of officers at the scene and that he brushed off warnings by bystanders that Floyd was in danger.
“I felt he was guilty,” Lisa Christensen said on “CBS This Morning” in a story aired Thursday. “I didn’t know if it was going to be guilty on all counts, but I would have said guilty.”
But she was dismissed
I gave my opinion...if you disagree, I'm fine with that....I didn't change your words or attack you personally....I'm not sure why you feel the need to do so, but that is your right....Okay so why was your immediate reaction to impugn the juror?
They did dismiss her...and one other, however....No she was not. She was an alternate juror. If one of the main jurors had been dismissed after the trial started, she would have taken the dismissed juror's place. She heard the trial like a juror, but was left out of the deliberation, because they already had enough jurors.
They could not dismiss her until they dismissed all the regular jurors. If they had dismissed her, and one of the regular jurors were disqualified, then it would be a real mess.

She was dismissed after closing arguments...one of two.... before deliberations....
Why would she be? I wonder if she had prior knowledge of the videos/witnesses/the case?
I thought you said you've served on a jury before, so you would understand the selection process...now I'm not sure I believe you...![]()

Floyd
Exactly how was pressure placed on them when the judge forbade them from watching the news or talking about the case with anyone?
She did...but she was dismissed (as was the other alternate) after closing arguments, before deliberations.....unless you know otherwise....She sat through the entire case hearing all the evidence. She was selected as an alternate and had all the information the jurors had.
The expectation of power had been well communicated before the jury was even picked
