IMO she should have gone already just to get the lay of the land. She made excuses for why she hasn't done it; she did not, however, "point blank refuse to go."

You and the RWs apparently think that Biden has to give immigration the top spot on his agenda just because it was trump's . Biden and the Dems had other immediate priorities, namely, getting the pandemic under control and the economy moving again.
