There's a practical limit to interpretation. You can't honestly say "well no matter their actions, it's just how they read the Constitution", especially when the avenues for non-violent resistence are being removed daily.

You're trying to tie a rebellion to a refusal to allow an unjust act to occur. They are not the same thing. Any time a federal agent threatens me unjustly is the time I will respond in kind. But on a bigger picture? We're at the tipping point. Where we go from here, while I can certainly guess, we don't actually know yet.

You'd also do well to note that in this instance no blood was shed and thus far has been peacefully resolved. Would that be the case had Bundy been left alone by his fellow freedom fighters?
