Believe me, I am not defending them.
Over budget would be a severe understatement though.

The cost of moving it once scuttled could be far more than the value.

That is kind of the point though, Greenpeace hypocrites are hypocrites.

The ship is owned by a Bangladeshi corporation. Greenpeace gave up ownership on it sometime back.

No shit, sherlock. The point is they made an agreement when they sold it that required environmentally friendly salvage and they took zero steps to ensure it happened. They are total failures at their core mission. LOL
