Great leaders don’t stay in the basement

Really silly.

You guys have made such a big deal about "Hiden Biden" not "coming out of the basement."

For starters, he has. Strategically, and when necessary. Not sure if you've all noticed, but we're in a pandemic. Oh, and he's not "leading" anything right now - he has no official position in our government.

Beyond that, it's working. Biden has continued to increase his lead in the polls. Why should he make more public appearances? It's just something you guys are making hay out of, but doesn't make any difference.

And beyond all that - Trump got COVID. Because he just can't control himself, and just had to have rallies and a big rose garden celebration where he didn't tell anyone to distance or wear masks.

So, no ouch. The "ouch" is narcissist Trump not being a leader on COVID, needing the adjulation of his people and not being able to stay confined, or distance/wear masks when he has to get out.
 
It's hilarious that you guys think "leadership" is being so insecure that you absolutely have to be out at rallies and hear the cheers of your supporters directly - putting them all at risk during a pandemic.

It is hard for Biden to catch covid19 he stays in a bubble 24/7. When he does campaign out of his bubble it is small groups seated far away. The only exceptions are the ones face to face at a table and you can bet your bottom dollar the area has been sanitized and the people screened to ensure they are clean.
 
During his short four minute appearance last night, Trump looked under the weather but otherwise pretty good considering some of the ‘speculation’ going around in the media and on Twitter.

He appeared/sounded to be speaking off the cuff.

I don’t know if it was intentional or not but he made a subtle but very effective distinction between himself and Biden:

“I had to be out front and this is America, this is the United States. The greatest country in the world. This is the most powerful country in the world. I can’t be locked up in a room upstairs, totally safe and just say ‘Hey, whatever happens, happens’. I can’t do that. We have to confront problems. As a leader, you have to confront problems. There’s never been a great leader that would have done that.”

Ouch.

Very true. Sleepy Joe has been liding all over the place. Harris will be the president anyway. And we'll be completely fucked.

Leaders set a good example during a pandemic. Their vanity doesn't prevent them from showing the public common sense measures like distancing & wearing masks.

Trump feeds you all a grifter line about "confronting problems" and you eat it up w/ a spoon.
