Right. Ga. cut early voting. Eliminated Sunday voting, and now made it illegal to bring food/water to anyone who is stuck for hours on line waiting to vote. They eliminated drop boxes for ballots, and next we'll see reductions in polling places in Blue districts.
They're twisting in the wind. Typically, early and mail voting was used by Republican voters. It bit Ga in the ass, so they're getting rid of both. This will be interesting to follow, although these recently passed laws will no doubt come before the Supreme Court before the mid terms.
You are hallucinating. Election procedures are specified in the Constitution of the United States and in various State constitutions.
The Supreme Court does not have authority to change or interpret the Constitution of the United States nor any State constitution. See Article III of the Constitution of the United States.
