How is it a privacy issue? That's another stupid and weak argument. First, it isn't her body when it is about an unborn fetus. The fetus is a separate being with its own DNA, blood type, and gender. She isn't killing herself, she is killing the unborn baby.
There are a myriad of things that a person can’t do in the name of privacy. A person cannot do drugs (excluding marijuana in some places) and simply get away with it, even though it is his body that is affected by the drugs. A person, in most places, cannot prostitute themselves, even though it is their body.
It is between a woman and her doctor, dumbass. The government has no right to intrude in their privacy.
Abortion is not a "right". Please show me where you have a "right" to an abortion? Is drug ingestion a right? Is prostitution a right?
