Rights are rights. Why do women in Alabama have fewer rights than women in Massachusetts?
How are abortions good?![]()

Semantic disputes are not genuine disputes at all
Semantic disputes can result in the logical fallacy of equivocation. In politics, for example, semantic disputes can involve the meaning of words such as liberal, democrat,
Nope.
good. then I don't have to explain how a child developing in the womb isn't the same as metamorphosis. so clearly you DO understand that a child(baby) under 26 weeks is still a baby(child)
Your developing fetus has already gone through a few name changes in the first few weeks of pregnancy. Generally, it's called an embryo from conception until the eighth week of development. After the eighth week, it's called a fetus until it's born.

thank you for the link that explains the development stages of babies

At least 11 US states – including Alabama, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas and Texas – have passed legislation that bans abortion without any such exceptions.

You can always tell a desperate argument by their sources. But let's assume the guardian is telling the truth, the citizens of that state, if they disagree with such laws, can vote them out and get new laws right? We call that democracy. Something you DON'T get when lawyers in black robes infer rights where none exist.
First, the claim regarding Alabama's laws = FALSE. Abortion is legal up to 22 weeks. The Human Life Protection Act, also known as House Bill 314 (HB 314) and the Alabama abortion ban, is an Alabama statute enacted on May 15, 2019, that was set to impose a near-total ban on abortion in the state starting in November 2019, but a legal challenge against the bill has delayed implementation.
Oklahoma; performing an abortion illegal in the state, with an exception only in the case of a medical emergency. This argument is sage: state Rep. Jim Olsen, SB 612's principal House author, previously told CNN that he believes "rape and incest is a horrible crime" and though the baby is conceived in a "horrible situation" that it "still has a right to life." "The baby should not be liable for the sins of the father," he said. "It's still a life." And, they can put that baby up for adoption. A vast majority of voters in that state support the law.
Missouri:Abortion cannot be prohibited at any stage of pregnancy if “health” of the mother is invoked. Therefore the Guardian is lying again.

Arkansas: In 2021, Arkansas enacted Act 309, 5-61-401, et seq., which prohibits all abortions save those necessary to save the life of the mother. A federal judge enjoined enforcement of that statute on July 20, 2021. That decision is on appeal.
Statutory Definition of Illegal Abortion
Abortions are illegal after the period of quickening, which usually occurs between 16 to 20 weeks into pregnancy.
Therefore, the Guardian is once again LYING.
Texas; SB 8, bars abortions after the detection of a fetal heartbeat at around six weeks. The Guardian is lying again.
I wish leftists weren't such lazy lying dumbasses. Really I do.![]()
You realize that Roe v. Wade is still in effect, right?
It's a privacy issue.

If men had to fight for their rights like women do, the country would just be a pile of smoldering ashes at this point.

I'm not playing a stupid game,

You're just angry that your argument failed once you realize that everyone is aware about the double homicide.
