The left represents SOME of the people, and punishes the rest by confiscating their earnings....jealousy, envy, and class warfare is their game....

The right represents the people...ALL the people, not just a chosen segment......when they cut taxes, they cut everyones taxes, not just some, and visa versa.....
Personally, I think everyone should pay something....and that includes the 47% that pay nothing now.....everyone needs some skin in the game, not just the successful.
Excusing anyone from paying taxes is nothing but bribing them for their votes......thats so obvious, I shouldn't have to point it out.

I still believe we could have taken care of AQ without occupying Afghanistan, and that also comes from my brother in law, the Colonel who taught at the college in Leavenworth after he returned from the first Gulf War, skirmish, as he calls it. he believes special forces could have done the job. Cleaned up the training camps and gotten bin Laden, but Cheney and the boys had other plans and who knows what GW thought, probably like Darth Helmet, he was playing super hero with his Saddam Hussein action figure!

Yeah....it is.....the US as a world power, has never, in the last century at least, enslaved the citizens of a country we're conquered in war....or ransacked their riches for profit....though some individuals certainly did commit war crimes.......
we never made their lands part of a permanent empire ....
in fact we've done just the opposite. We've helped rebuild their infrastructure and given them opportunity to self govern and become independent...

Our treatment of American Indian and our role in slavery is a blemish on an otherwise pretty good record as a nation.....we've helped stop genocide in a lot
