This is great, right? Watching 2 self-centered children who happen to both have nukes in a game of who can come up w/ the best insults and most "fiery" language to describe obliterating the other's country.

Is it too much to ask to just have adults in charge of our nations? In 2017?

I know Trump & his supporters think of this as "strategy." But does anyone really think that Trump fully understands the psychology of what he's doing, and that he knows Kim well enough to understand how he'll react? He doesn't. He's rolling the dice, under the guise of "being bold." Just a high-stakes gamble fueled by ego.

Not surprising that all you can respond with is a blanket ad hom.

China, since they represent 90% of NK's economic trading, is the key to solving this problem with little to no human tragedy. They apparently like Trumps' stand since they agreed to sanctions.

Perhaps this is news to you, since few outlets are reporting what WaPo has.

So he should do nothing, and let NK fire missiles off, create H bombs, and sit in the corner and apologize like Obummer did?

Please explain, in detail, how China's actions are a direct result of Trump using language like "fire & fury"/"rocket man," and not a result of NK's increased activity and the UN's escalation of sanctions.

I'm all ears.

NK started this by firing missiles and arbitrarily threatening the US. Trump replied in kind.

What would you have him do? "please Mr. Kim, don't kill us. We'll give you money!"

You want me to prove to you that Trump has some kind of magic switch that makes China do his bidding? That's not how it works.

You think that China would have done this if we took The Obama's position on NK? Why hadn't they in eight years?

Hmmm...let's see. Has NK's activity changed at all recently? Let me think hard about that one.

China's actions have nothing to do w/ Trump. If anything, the UN had an influence if you look at the last 9-12 months - but Trump screaming like a baby didn't do a thing.

Only a mere mortal would be foolish enough to think that China might not want a trade war with their biggest trading partner over Rocket Man's histrionics.

China just announced their intentions for sanctions, and you're expecting NK to abide yesterday? Again, that's not how it works.

"Screaming like a baby"? Look, if you don't want to have a serious discussion, just say so.

Why hadn't the UN had an influence in eight years of The Obama?
