Good Riddance, Nasty Fat Faggot

What a stupid bitch. I love hot women as much as the next man. I just don't have sex with them. And I don't think with my pee pee.
Now you hit on something. I hate rap and hip hop....and I'm black. Can't stand it. In my opinion, that really isn't music. It doesn't require any musical acumen. All it requires is a store bought "beat"......and those are a dime a dozen. Brainless "music", to be sure.

Oh, I am sorry to hear that, but a lot of folks our age don't get it. I enjoy some of it, not all. I have several friends who love to free style. It is difficult to do. I have been invited to the club to listen, I sang back up one night, it was fun.

LOL... I was just yanking your chain...

Man, can you buy into the cliches (like w/ NJ). That is certainly not all country music.

There is a ton of great country stuff out there. I only just discovered Emmylou Harris, but I'm kind of obsessed right now. It was like, "how did I miss this?"

I got to see Emmylou a couple of times, she is underrated.

Yeah...it takes a real knowledgeable music critic to actually call "rap or hip/hop" music.....filthy, demeaning, hatful poetry maybe, but not music by any stretch.

Not all of it, just like not all country music is whiney, you old fogey.

see how wonderful this country is? You're black and can't stand hip hop/rap...I'm an old white guy who used to hate it too...then I saw LL Col J do one of his tunes "live" with a full band behind him and it blew me away.

Recorded beats and stolen lyrics...they suck...but some of what's out there...The Roots!...is phenomenal!

I started to look at it differently when I saw video of a group of soldiers rapping after a battle in Iraq. The words brought tears to my eyes.

When did you first realize you were vaginaphobic?

I love her performance in Evangeline.

Here's some country for you Led Zeppelin fans. Robert Plant doing a song by Johnny Horton and covered by George Jones and now by Robert Plant.

This is one of my favorite Band songs. It's a toss-up between this as It Makes No Difference as my favorite. But I have a lot of their music on my ipod.

It is not buying into them. I cannot stand most country music, therefore I mock it based on the worst it has to offer.

I actually like parts of New Jersey, but stating such tends to detract from the mocking of it... therefore I do not tend to mention the parts I like.
I hear what your saying. I come from a rural background. Was raised on a farm till I was 15 and lived in rural America till I was 25. Some country music just grates my nerves like running your fingers down a chalk board. I can't stand women singing through their nose in a hillbilly twang. Nor can I stand nitwits country musicians who make characatures of rural folks. There not all shit kickers or illiterate hillbillies or misanthropic rednecks.

Having said that there's some great country music out there and some incredible musicians. Roy Clark is one of the best guitarist I've ever seen, for example.

Now I may not be the biggest country music fan in the world....but that my son is what you would call a master.
