Some folks insist upon being free people, Kap is one. I resist my employer all the time, particularly when they pressure me to cheat on GMP regulations to make timelines in pharmaceuticals testing. My first obligation is to the people who may wind up taking the drug(s), not some predatory capitalist's bottom line. If they wish to terminate me, so be it.
