Read the article I posted, This is common knowledge. It is long standing protocol. You shouldn't lecture your superiors on things you know nothing about. There are many times I think to myself that I wish you'd get off my side. You are a bull in a china shop. Educate yourself instead of shooting your mouth off and you'll do a lot better.
