Oh, hi
You only have the right if what you would say would incriminate you...
Wrong.
Even the 5th does not say that. That you think innocent people don't have the right proves you're not a lawyer. That is first year stuff, Gomer.
You only have the right if what you would say would incriminate you...
That doesn't back your claim up. Try being a lawyer for once and back up your claims.
So taking the 5th means that you are saying that what you would say if you answered would be evidence against you in a criminal case.
Wrong.
Even the 5th does not say that. That you think innocent people don't have the right proves you're not a lawyer. That is first year stuff, Gomer.
Why is it I always have to prove claims and prove you're wrong when you NEVER prove your claims.Do you have any evidence to back that up?
5th Amendment - “No person shall... be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself...”
That’s the 5th Amendment right!
Right lol, but everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Innocent people are read their Miranda Rights every day. The reason you can remain silent is because of the 5th. See, I’m not a lawyer and I know that.
Maybe Trump should go ahead and plead the 5th and get Mueller out of the way. Lois Lerner did and it blew over without hurting Obama.
Why should it be different with Trump?
Why is it I always have to prove claims and prove you're wrong when you NEVER prove your claims.
When you plead the 5th you are basically saying... answering that question would implicate me in a crime so I have a constitutional right to refuse.
When have you ever?
I will tell you all, if you are ever arrested, you should absolutely exercise your 5th Amendment right to remain silent. Cops, working with their government attorney's, have proven to be willing to do anything at all, including misconstruing sarcasm as a "confession", to gain a prosecution.
Trump has a right to use the 5th.And he should if he wants to stay out of jail, In criminal case, the judge will tell the jury to not hold it against him. In a civil case, that is not the true. That means if Stormy gets a trial, trump will be in trouble.
But the real point is, Trump said loudly and repeatedly that a person taking the 5th was , in fact, admitting guilt. That is why it is different for him. If he is judged by his standards, that would be a confession., He cannot take the 5th. But he will. The Trumpettes will find a way to forget what he said to justify it.
So now you care about hypocrisy, LMAO
And you can use it in certain instances in civil case, so you are wrong.
If Mueller questions him, he should take the fifth. He should just pardon everyone being persecuted and be done with it.
Can you read. You can use it but it does not carry the proviso that a jury cannot hold it against the defendant. So you cannot read and are wrong too.
