is that because you are actually being objective or because you want her story to be true?
A little bit of both. I'd be less inclined to believe Dayna if there wasn't so much evidence out there of homophobia.

hell I think there are APS that are advertised on TV that would do it.
think of the commercial playing currently where the give the babysitter more dough after they see the project she helped their daughter build fro school.

what dishonest fucking pieces of shit calling a question of card co function anything but a question

You could call her "waiter", "person", "girl", "staff", and that wouldn't be insulting. But instead you choose to define her by her sexuality and you don't even know if she's "militant."
No question there is homophobia out there. But weigh the situation... Dayna's coworkers/friends have stated she has lied many times in the past for attention. Now this happens. The facts show the customer paid the bill plus an $18 tip.
So that leaves two possibilities... the waitress is again lying... or someone she works with did this to her.

You said maybe someone she works with did it and I'm thinking that's a plausible explanation.
First, several of you posted comments that the co-workers say she's a liar.
Next, the couple said they thought the hostess who sat the family told them their server would be "Dan," and when Morales showed up at their table, the wife exclaimed "whoa, you're not Dan." Morales wrote in her Facebook post that the wife said, "oh I thought you were gonna say your name is Dan. You sure surprised us!" How could the hostess not know the name of her co-worker?
What about the possibility that the coworkers set her up?
Her co-workers peg her as a liar and you insist on taking her version of what was said and by whom....thats more than a little biased on your part.
The paper work, the bills and the credit card bill are what we have to work with.....
To imagine that the customers forged the credit statement is pretty far fetched.....they were unknown, out of the picture and had no reason to
come forward, especially if what the waitress said was accurate....I don't know Christie, being tenacious is one thing, being ridiculous is quite another....
LOL, Christiekins of Pittsburgh sure is determined to prove something here...what, I'm not sure...

Set her up how ?....Her name is Dayna and that certainly relates to being called Dan...same as if her name was Danielle. No mystery here....its
perfectly logical for her to be called Dan and certainly no reason for any customer to question her name.....the women is a liar and her story lacks more and
more credibility the more you analyze her claims.

Now you're the one who's reaching.
I saw a story this morning which showed a picture of the peoples receipt.
It could all be a mistake
It could be a family THOUGHT is was their receipt because of the amount.
all the numbers were blocked out on both ecept the written in numbers.
Now that could easily be a mistake.
the amount reflects what someone purchased.
there could have been two families who odered similarly enough to come up with the same total
can you admit this was a reasonable thing to say beefy?
especially because at the time I said it the time was blocked out on the receipts that were veiwable
