The video shows the cowardly yahoo TURNING INTO THE CROWD. His act was deliberate, as he made a conscious effort to DETOUR FROM HIS ORIGINAL PATH to confront the demonstrators/protesters. He provoked a confrontation.....in schoolyard terms, he started it. His charges should be manslaughter 1.

What are u going to do if a mask man comes toward your can with an AR15? Wait and see if he shoots first?

Keep in mind this is according to the left a Military weapon that no one should have!!!! And anyone that does have one only has an AR 15 because he thinks he is a macho tough guy and only has it to kill people

Had your hero NOT MADE A CONSCIOUS EFFORT TO TURN HIS CAR INTO THE CROWD AND CONTINUE TO MOVE FORWARD, HE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CONFRONTED.

What are YOU going to do if some jackass tries to bowl you over with his car when you are ORIGINALLY NOT BLOCKING HIS PATH? You would have probably opened fire...clearly the demonstrators have better sense and discipline than you, as despite all of this there were no riots or escalating gun fire.

You don't get to speak for anyone but yourself. You don't get to speak for unspecified 'witnesses'. You don't get to be judge and jury. There will be no trial of the shooter. All States are open carry States. No State gets to decide that issue.

No, they don't. They have the right of way only in a crosswalk while crossing the street in accordance with traffic flow control devices (such as traffic lights) in operation at the time. They do not have the right of way anywhere else. They do not have the right to stand in a road and block traffic.
