It doesn't matter. Wray was appointed by twump and the MAGAs are tripping all over themselves to slander him. It's because he carried out the DOJ's search warrant of Mara-Lardo. That's when Wray and the FBI became, "the enemy".

Plus, this investigation can go on for years, like Benghazi. Future presidents can't just "fire" them. I just wish Garland and his Special Prosecutor could be as much of a douche as their predecessors in one way - leaking. Remember the Starr probe? That demon leaked stories about the Clintons left and right and the wing-nut world feasted on them.

On a personal level I would really enjoy tantalizing "leaks." But on the citizen level, I want this investigation and convictions resulting from it to be ironclad and appeal-proof.
I'm sure it will be run "above board" but with no information coming out for years, MAGAs will be the only ones speaking. There needs to be some kind of "response center" in the DOJ to shoot down the MAGA rumors and propaganda regarding the probe at least.
I see what you mean, and agree. Maybe just occasional updates officially put out to the media, stuff that doesn't give away the case or targets.
I just thought of one more great thing! I'm pretty sure this is true - if anyone is granted immunity to prosecution, say, Eastman, for example - he can't take the 5th during testimony. He'll have to answer truthfully! I think they should do that with either Eastman or the Pillow Guy. They'd be the first to break.
Agree. But the Pillow Guy is just some mentally-ill idiot with too much money. Eastman is the bigger fish, IMO.
