The humanitarian war was sold on lies of responsibility to protect when Qaddafi had never shelled cities he had re-conquered
on his counter-offensive.

Instead of Hillary crowing "we came we saw he died" - she should be taking responsibility for the destruction/ growth of ISIS
afterall she was chief architect and US advocate for her "Smart Power" as she calls it.
