Regarding your argument that Dominion has the burden of proving "the information" false, their testimony needs only to be that the machines gave accurate vote counts for which some of the evidence might be Trump's mandated audits, also the testimony of their own technicians. It will be a simple case for them. The burden then will shift to Fox to prove otherwise, and good luck with that.

Not a problem. Fox can easily recreate the test conditions that show the Dominion machines are easily hacked.

Splashiest failure was Arizona, supposedly the great turning point, even administered by Trump loyalists, and found Trump's votes a bit over-counted. It's been attended naturally by a variety of theories that remain theories
and will not even be admitted in evidence when the case is tried.

What did happen is that Trump took a big lead early - but, as has happened in MANY elections, votes from bigger cities got reported later on (because, you know - it takes longer to count more votes), as well as mail-in, so there were larger spikes for Biden as the night went on.

But no vote count went down. Everything has been investigated and rejected as valid. There was no coordinated fraud in 2020. In fact, Trump's own DOJ said it was the most secure election in history.

The only reason people think there was fraud is because a pathological liar said so.

Curious thing only Trumpers seem able to see it. But I guess they were seeing it even before the election when Trump was saying fraud would be the only avenue by which Biden could win, an odd claim at the time because it seemed fraud would be the only way Trump could win with every poll, including the GOP's internal polls, showing him losing in the battleground states. Trump ended up doing a little better than expected, actually. Instead of getting absolutely creamed he only lost decisively.

LOL, everyone can see the videos of the vote fraud. Everyone has access to the sworn affidavits of hundreds who have attested to witnessing vote fraud. NOt one of those cases has been heard in any court of law, state or federal. The media has been lying to you about this for months, but the truth is coming out and it will prove that senile Joe did not get 80 million votes and did not win the election. Massive election fraud by democrats, the media, the deep state, and China has almost destroyed our great country. only the truth can save it, and its coming out soon.
